V2 TECHNOLOGY
V2 technology consists of 500 repeatable prefabricated elements that are used to assemble buildings of various shapes and sizes. A distinctive feature of this technology is that the building is prefabricated from parts that are not removable formwork. After prefabrication, the slabs and columns are poured with concrete directly on the construction site, forming a monolithic concrete building. V3 TECHNOLOGY
V3 technology consists of over 300 repeatable and prefabricated elements, which are used to assemble buildings of various shapes and sizes. A unique feature of V3 technology is that the building frame and wall sections are cast from reinforced concrete on a mobile CUBY V3 installation under controlled conditions. After assembly on-site, all reinforced concrete components are tied together, and the joints are filled with concrete to form a strong, reinforced workforce for the entire project.
