Innovative production of powders of food products

IInstallation YUVET-OO5 is intended for the production of powders with the
productivity 6.50 kg/hour from vegetables, fruit, berries, mushrooms, meat, fish,
medicinal herbs, pulses, spices, honey and others with the dispersion 25.100 microns,
humidity 6.10%, and complete retention of vitamins, bioactive, flavor and other
constituents with the help of YUVET-technology activating method. The main users of
powders are: milk plants, confectionaries, baking, pharmaceutical, and perfume
industries; productions of sausages, concentrated quick-cooking breakfasts, baby food,
food supplements, natural colours and other stuffs.
Powders, made with the help of YUVET technology, are as good as sublimated ones,
are rich in vitamins, antioxidants, minerals which are not synthesized in the organism of
man and must be taken with food. All of them promote preventing senilism and
increase life time.
The basic advantage of YUVET-technology is that dehydration and reduction of plant
raw materials to powder takes place with the complete retention of cell structure –
